If you want to cancel any of the rewards you have ordered please contact us as soon as possible on the above contact details. If we are able to we will cancel the rewards and refund the points into your account, however this may not be possible if a) the reward has already been shipped – in this case you will have to go through the returns process, or b) the reward is customised/personalised, perishable, an e-voucher or any other item which is not cancellable/refundable once ordered.
