What do I do if the rewards arrive in damaged condition?

If your order arrives in visibly damaged condition, please do not accept the goods. Make a note on the carrier’s delivery consignment stating ‘Damaged Returned’ and contact the Customer Service Team using the details above within 72 hours of the unaccepted delivery.

If your order arrives in a damaged condition, and you accept delivery, please DO NOT use the goods. Contact the Customer Service Team using the details above within 72 hours with a description of the damage, in as much detail as possible. If you use the damaged goods you will waive your right to a replacement, all original packaging must be maintained. Any claims made after 72 hours will be considered unreasonable and not accepted
