PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS:
2 UEFA Euro 2024TM Finals Tickets
- These Terms and Conditions govern the Hellmann’s x UEFA Euro 2024TM Cup Competition ("Promotion") and apply to you so far as the law permits so, please read them carefully.
- This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
- To be eligible for the competition, you must obtain a valid passport or authority to enter Germany during the trip period.
- Entry is via the My Professional Rewards website (www.myprofessionalrewards.com) or App. The winners chosen must have purchased any Hellmann’s product since 1st November 2023 and uploaded a valid trade invoice to My Professional Rewards (www.myprofessionalrewards.com) in order to be considered for the tickets.
- The opening date for entries is 00:00 BST on 1st April 2024 and the overall closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 BST on 6th May 2024.
- The promotion is limited to one entry per person, per email address.
- Entrants should retain an invoice or receipt showing proof of purchase of Hellmann’s eligible product in order to enter the competition. Eligible products are:

Hellmann's Caesar Salad Dressing 6x1L - No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
- By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
- Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
- There are 7 prizes to be won. Each of the winners will win 2x tickets to either the UEFA Euro 2024TM semi-final in Munich on 9th July or the UEFA Euro 2024TM final in Berlin on 14th July. There are three 2x semi-final tickets and four 2x final tickets to be won.
- There will be 7 winners overall. Each winner will win either:
2x tickets to the W45 vs W46 semi-final which will be at 20:00 on 9th July in Munich
OR
2 x hospitality tickets to the W49 vs W50 final which will be at 21:00 on 14th July in Berlin
• Return economy flights to and from an airport within London region to an airport in Germany. (Semi-final: Flight out on 9th July, Flight back on 10th July. Final: flight out on 14th July, flight back on 15th July)
• 1 night in a 3* hotel chosen by the Promoter (1 room, double occupancy) (Semi-final: check-in 9th July, and check-out 10th July. Final: check-in 14th July and check-out 15th July)
• Transfers to/from the airport to/from their accommodation, from/to the accommodation to/from the match venue will NOT be included
NOTICE: Winners and guest must both need to hold a valid passport or authority to enter Germany. This must be obtained and confirmed before travelling to Germany. If a visa is required for entry into Germany, the Promoter will provide accommodation data needed for visa application. The Promoter is not responsible for the visa application process, issuance and/or use, which is solely under the control of the government of Germany. Any costs associated with the visa application are borne by the winners and guests and are not reimbursed by the Promoter. If winners and guests are unable to obtain such a visa within 10 days of being notified of the prize, the prize and its value will be forfeited.
Travel dates are set by the Promoter. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. The Promoter is not liable for any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay.
Winners and their guests must have valid travel insurance for their period of travel and are responsible for the costs of obtaining any such insurance. It is the Winners' responsibility to organise transport to/from their departure airport. Unless expenses are expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions to be expenses which are part of any prize, all other expenses incurred by the winners and their guest in preparation for, or during the trip, are the responsibility of the winners and their guests, including but not limited to all other meals, transfers, insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, spending money, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls and all other ancillary costs are not included.
Unilever or My Professional Rewards will not be liable to winners or guests for any costs, damages, injuries or losses incurred by the entrants or their guests as a result of travelling to or attending the UEFA EURO 2024TM. - Prize Tickets specifics:
a. Allocation of all prize tickets will be at the sole discretion of the Promoter. Winners will receive tickets only valid for the specified date.
b. All final ticket prizes include the hospitality tickets as well as plane travel to and from a London airport, and accommodation for a 1-night stay.
c. All semi-final ticket prizes include the travel to and from a London airport, and accommodation for a 1-night stay.
d. The ticket prizes do not cover any costs related to food, drinks, or any expense of any kind.
e. Winners shall always remain responsible for their guest (who is the additional ticket holder). Accompanying guest must be 18 years or over. Entrants acknowledge that a breach of these terms may result in their ticket being revoked, entry to the stadium refused or being asked to leave the stadium, or prize may be forfeited.
f. Use of the tickets is subject to the terms and conditions on the tickets and the regulations in force at the applicable venue. The tickets may not be resold under any circumstances and can only be used by the winners.
g. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part. Match tickets must be used only by the winners and named guests. Entrants must not re-sell, give away or otherwise re-distribute any tickets they receive.
h. Products included are subject to stock/availability.
i. Prize elements, including match tickets, air travel provider, and hotel, will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. All travel is subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with an accommodation partner.
j. Winners and guests must be available to travel on the dates specified by the Promoter, or prize and its value will be forfeited.
k. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. The winners and their guests must travel together, including travelling on the same flights and staying in the same accommodation and possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable. No compensation or alternative travel plans will be arranged should the winners and/or their guests miss their outbound or return flights or fail to meet any check in requirements for any reason. These costs will be the sole responsibility and expense of the winners and their guests. A credit card imprint will be required from the winners at check-in to the hotel for all incidental charges.
l. Winners and their guests will be solely responsible for all taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used. Winners and their guests are responsible for passport, travel visa, insurance, medical expenses and vaccination certification, and compliance with meeting any travel/health requirements imposed by German government and those of the United Kingdom at time of travel.
m. The Promoter will not be responsible for replacement of any lost or stolen match tickets once they are in winner's possession or in the possession of the winner’s guest. Match tickets are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the match's organiser. Winners and their guests must comply with all applicable ticket terms and conditions, stadium code of conduct terms and safety and security regulations and decisions including the prohibition on the re-sale and transfer of such tickets, and prohibition of certain items in the stadium. Winners will receive an invitation to the UEFA ticketing app. During the registration process, the winners will have to submit all data as required by UEFA and will also need to accept UEFA’s terms and conditions.
n. Winners and guests acknowledge that UEFA retains rights under the ticket terms and conditions, stadium code of conduct terms and safety and security regulations and decisions to revoke or cancel tickets, to refuse entry to the stadium, to ask winners or guests to leave the stadium and Unilever may therefore be required to withdraw tickets awarded to winners and guests of winners at any time. In such circumstances Unilever will not be liable to winners or guests of winners for any losses incurred as a result of such withdrawal.
o. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
p. Winners and guests acknowledge that the teams playing in a match are subject to change without notice by UEFA. No specific players or other individuals are guaranteed to play or otherwise participate in a given match, and a Match may be cancelled, stopped prematurely, interrupted, rescheduled, relocated, or replayed in its entirety at UEFA’s discretion.
q. In the event that an element of any prize is cancelled or postponed for any reason, the winners agree to forfeit the specified element and no cash alternative offer will be granted in lieu of the part of that prize. - All valid entries received on or before the closing date will be entered into a random number generator. The first seven entries drawn at random will win the prize. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The winners will be notified if they have won by phone or email from info@myprofessionalrewards.com.The winners must claim their prize by responding to the phone call and/or email confirming their full name, email address and phone number within 4 working days. This information will be circulated to UEFA’s agency CSM as well, via Omne Agency. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
- By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. In addition, by entering the competition, the entrants and their guests consent to the Promoter needing proof of purchase of eligible Hellmann’s product, in order to enter the competition. The personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Controller’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.unilevernotices.com/privacy-notices/united-kingdom-english.html. All entry instructions form part of the rules. Unilever/My Professional Rewards may also share such personal data with FIFA UEFA who may use it to (i) process ticket requests; (ii) issue tickets; and (iii) carry out necessary health, security and/or background checks; (iv) to comply with applicable law; and (v) and/or organise appropriate accessible seating.
These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
